LIMAUWIN – GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Agreement 

By accessing or using LimauWin services, members acknowledge and agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
LimauWin reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, bonus, campaign, or service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all updated Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility 

Members must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
Members are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their place of residence.
LimauWin shall not be held responsible for any violation of local laws committed by members.

Account Policy 

Each member is permitted to maintain only one account.
Multiple accounts registered under the same person, household, IP address, device, payment method, bank account, e-wallet account, or any related information may be considered duplicate accounts.
LimauWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts, confiscate bonuses and promotional rewards,  void winnings obtained through duplicate accounts and restrict future participation in promotions.

Deposits & Withdrawals 

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered under the member's own name whenever applicable.
Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification and security review.
LimauWin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC), source of funds verification, or additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests may be delayed, reviewed, rejected, or processed in stages when risk management procedures require additional verification.

Promotion & Bonus Policy 

Members may only participate in promotions that they are eligible for.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions, bonuses, free credits, cashback, rebates, and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Any bonus obtained through abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of promotional mechanics may be removed without prior notice.
LimauWin reserves the right to remove bonus credits, remove associated winnings, recalculate account balances, and restrict promotion eligibility.

Betting Rules 

Only settled and valid wagers contribute towards turnover requirements. The following wagers will not be counted: •  Cancelled bets.  •  Refunded bets.  •  Void bets.  •  Invalid bets.  •  Bets affected by system errors.  Feature Buy, Bonus Buy, Buy Free Spins, Save Free Games, Save Wild, Save Red Envelope, and similar feature purchase functions may be restricted or excluded from selected promotions as specified within individual promotion rules. 7    Fair Play & Responsible Gaming  LimauWin is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. Members are prohibited from engaging in any activity intended to gain unfair promotional advantage or manipulate game outcomes. Any suspicious, irregular, or abusive activity may result in immediate review. 8    Prohibited Activities  The following activities are strictly prohibited: •  Bonus abuse.  •  Promotion hunting.  •  Arbitrage betting.  •  Low-risk wagering designed solely to clear turnover.  •  Opposing or hedge betting.  •  Chip dumping.  •  Collusion between players.  •  Account sharing.  •  Use of bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial tools.  •  Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or system loopholes.  •  Any fraudulent activity deemed harmful to LimauWin.  9    Account Review & Risk Management  LimauWin reserves the right to conduct account reviews at any time. Where suspicious or irregular activity is detected, LimauWin may: •  Suspend accounts.  •  Restrict withdrawals.  •  Remove bonuses.  •  Void winnings.  •  Close accounts permanently.  •  Request additional verification.  10    Technical Errors  In the event of technical issues, system malfunctions, incorrect game results, bonus calculation errors, pricing errors, or human errors, LimauWin reserves the right to: •  Correct account balances.  •  Adjust affected transactions.  •  Cancel affected bets.  •  Void incorrect winnings.  System records shall be deemed final and authoritative. 11    Promotion Abuse Policy  Any member found creating multiple accounts, cycling funds, abusing free credit promotions, abusing referral promotions, exploiting payment channels, or attempting to obtain unfair promotional advantages may have: •  All bonuses forfeited.  •  All associated winnings removed.  •  Accounts permanently restricted.  •  Withdrawals rejected.  12    Security & Verification  Members may be required to provide: •  Identification documents.  •  Bank account proof.  •  E-wallet ownership proof.  •  Additional verification documents.  Failure to comply may result in delayed or rejected withdrawals. 13    Service Rights  LimauWin reserves the right to refuse service, reject transactions, suspend accounts, or restrict platform access whenever necessary to protect platform integrity, security, and fairness. 14    Final Decision  All decisions made by LimauWin regarding promotions, bonuses, wagering requirements, account reviews, disputes, verification procedures, and platform operations shall be final and binding. 15    Limitation of Liability  LimauWin shall not be liable for losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, software issues, third-party service interruptions, payment gateway downtime, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
